Thinking About This Photograph

This photograph was taken in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.

The picture was taken in the area southeast of “Showa-dori” (Showa-dori) called “Higashi-Ginza” in Ginza.

This photograph was taken of the back door on the kitchen side of a Chinese restaurant.

The wall with the back door had the wood paint partially peeled off, giving it a nice appearance, so I released the shutter.

The cook is also in the picture, which is the accent of the photograph.

You can see the bicycle, but it seems that this bicycle is always here, so I think it’s probably a Chinese restaurant employee’s bicycle.

There are many bicycles in Tokyo, so no matter what building you shoot, it will be framed in.

The film on which this photo was taken is the “Rollei Retro 80s 35mm Film Roll” that I use regularly, and the “PMK Pyro developer” that I also use regularly.

Including the development method, everything is done with the basic shooting system.

Shooting with the basic shooting system feels good because the results can be predicted.
