Thinking About This Photograph

This photograph was taken in the Higashi-Ginza area of Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.

Actually, the place name “Higashi-Ginza” does not exist, but the east side (southeast side) of “Chuo-dori” (Ginza Street) is called Higashi-Ginza.

Compared to “West Ginza” (northwest side) on the other side, Higashi-Ginza has a slightly old and lonely atmosphere.

In such Higashi-Ginza, the trees planted to crawl on the outer wall of the old galvanized iron caught my eye.

I felt a little fashionable that the food for small birds was installed on the tree.

Many private houses in the Ginza area are well-managed even if they are old.
