Thinking About This Photograph

This photograph was taken in Nihonbashi Ningyocho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.

The photograph was taken in a narrow back alley with the back door of a restaurant near Ningyocho station.

Exhaust hoods and air conditioner outdoor units are always present in most of the scenery behind the alleys, but this photograph is the back of a restaurant, so a pot is added.

Many cooking pots are made of metal, so I was attracted to the texture and released the shutter.

As intended, the photo shows the difference in texture between the glossy pot and the matte pot.

This photograph was taken with a 28mm lens, which is a wide-angle lens, but I think that even if I shoot only the pot with a standard 50mm lens, it will be an interesting photograph.

Since I am based on “1 scene, 1 shot”, I will not change the composition or change the lens when shooting in 1 scene, so I will go to take a photograph again on a different day.
