This photograph was taken in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.

I took a picture of the outdoor units on the back side of the building facing “Ginza Sony Street”.

Since there are various manufacturers of air conditioners used in buildings, naturally, outdoor units with various specifications are lined up.

Since the location of the outdoor unit is not decided by the building designer, it is often left to the sense of the air conditioner installer.

Therefore, depending on the building, there are many ugly arrangements, but I think this is quite excellent.

The piping is also beautifully arranged.

I shot the scenery behind the building with black-and-white film.
