\u00a0This photograph was taken of the “Nihonbashi River” flowing near “Kayabacho Station” in Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0The Metropolitan Expressway runs above the Nihonbashi River, and the scenery of the river always feels dim.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0There is a famous “Nihon-bashi” upstream of this river, and a highway runs on it, which in recent years has spoiled the scenery, so it was decided to underground the Metropolitan Expressway.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0In Japan, there was a strong tendency to seek practicality rather than aesthetic landscapes for buildings, but gradually we are becoming more aware of landscapes.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0This photograph was taken on a sunny day, but this darkness is everyday.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0The exposure was controlled by making detailed measurements with a spot light meter so that highlights and shadows could be expressed.<\/span><\/p>\n
