Thinking About This Photograph<\/h3>\n

\u00a0This photo was taken in Monzennakacho, Koto-ku, Tokyo.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Recently, I have been testing the “Sakagawa-type high-dilution high-definition developer<\/a>“, which is a self-prepared developer, but I used PMK Pyro developer for the first time in a while.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0The PMK Pyro developer Solution B was used in the wrong amount, resulting in a soft finish.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Most of the photos on this film roll didn’t look as good as I expected, but only this one frame did a good job.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0This photo also has a soft finish, but it creates a poetic atmosphere.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0The subject I took was “Yakitori Shosuke”, a long-established yakitori restaurant on the downtown street of Monzennakacho.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0This restaurant is famous for inventing a dish called “Tukupee”, which eats “Tsukune” (Japanese Chicken Meatballs) and raw peppers together.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0In Japan, there are dishes in which meat is stuffed and baked in peppers, but the combination of raw peppers and “Tsukune” is wonderful.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0The texture and taste of crispy peppers enhances the “Tsukune”.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0This restaurant is the location for the first episode of Season 1 of the famous Japanese gourmet TV drama “Kodokuno Gourmet”(Gourmet of loneliness).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Instead of the front entrance of “Yakitori Shosuke”, I took a picture of the side wall.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0It’s a bit dirty, it’s also a garbage dump, and you can see the discreet electric sign and exhaust ducts.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0The white shining trash bag with only one placed was an impressive photo.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0There was only one decent photo per roll of film, but that was enough to save me.<\/span><\/p>\n
